Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

3. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged mobile phone case, please contact us immediately at support@coralcase.com.au We will gladly exchange it for a new one of the same model, provided it meets our return criteria, we’ll be responsible for the return shipping.

4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Shipping
